Any employment agency, person or entity that submits a candidate or resume to Premera, including but not limited to via Premera’s career site or directly through the hiring manager, does so with the understanding that Premera will have the right to hire that applicant at its discretion without any fee owed to the submitting employment agency, person or entity. Only employment agencies that have pre-existing fee agreements with Premera and have been directly engaged by Premera Human Resources Department on a particular search are eligible for placement fees.
